Service > Service Tests

The Service button allows the operator to view the machine’s service parameters.

Available on the following models:

AP500

AP555

AP600

AP655

AP1000

AP1055

1. Press the Service Tests menu button (2). The menu button will highlight first in blue and then in yellow. The Service Tests menu page will
appear.

1. Press the "Ground Fault – Manual" menu button (3). The menu button will highlight first in blue and then in yellow. The "Ground Fault –
Manual" test page will appear.

2. Press the "Service Tests" button (2). The "Service Tests" button will highlight in yellow and the "Service Tests" menu page will appear.

3. Press the DOWN Arrow button (5) or the UP Arrow button (6) to scroll through the Service Test Instruction pages (9). The sliding indicator of
the Non-Interactive Scroll Bar (8) will move along with the page.
Note: Read the Service Test Instruction pages carefully. Refer to the “Testing and Adjusting” section in this Systems Operation manual for
detailed instructions for the Ground Fault Test. The instructions are found in “Tractor Ground Fault Service Test”.

4. Press the BACK button (4) to return to the previous page.

Note: To abort a Service Test, refer to the “Testing and Adjusting” section in this Systems Operation manual. The instructions are found in “Tractor
Ground Fault Service Test”.

1. Press the NEXT button (11) to advance to the next System Test page.

2. Click the NEXT button (11) to turn ON the Low Voltage Diagnostic Power Supply.

3. Click the NEXT button (11) to turn OFF the Low Voltage Diagnostic Power Supply.

4. Click the NEXT button (11) when the tests are complete.

5. Press the ABORT button (10) to discontinue the System Test procedure.

6. When the ABORT button is pressed, a screen will display asking, "Are you sure you want to abort?". Press the "OK" button (12) to abort the
procedure. Press the BACK button (13) to return to the previous test page.

7. On the "Service Test Unsuccessful" screen, press the "OK" button (7) to acknowledge discontinuation of the System Test.
