X. Rationale:
Teachers teaching strategies and techniques are
observed and evaluated every quarter or more depending
on the teachers' openness to constructive assessment and
technical assistance. But most teachers of Carlos L.
Llasos Sr. ES don’t fully understand the indicators written
in the class observation tool they don’t know what they
should do to attain the highest possible rating.
In the presence of the new COT for Sy 2022-2023

through the DM No. 008 s. 2023, a new set of indicators
are being introduced that it is imperative to orient
teachers on the set of standards that they need to meet to
become excellent teachers and help them identify what
they should know, should do, and value their profession.
For the said reasons, the conduct of RPMS-PPST

Module 1-7, 9-10 will be initiated during the SLAC
sessions on a scheduled basis.
XI. Terminal Objective:
To orient teachers of the COT indicators for SY 2022-2023.
XII. Enabling Objectives:
 To understand the indicators of the SY 2022-2023 COT;

 To achieve higher learning outcomes for the learners by

applying the expected competencies; and

 To become knowledgeable about the RPMS-PPST’s

indicators.
XIII. Expected Outputs:
 Teachers are knowledgeable and well-versed in the meaning

of each indicator written in SY 2022-2023 COT.
XIV. Activity Description:
Region XII
The SLAC session will be conducted in a face-to-face modality.
(Wearing of Face Mask and Social Distancing will strictly be

implemented and observed during the conduct of the said
activity.)

100% attendance of teachers and submitted outputs.
