When the word that, this, those and these modify the subject, it will become demonstrative
adjective, so use or add the word "no".
Example:
That boy is in the hotel. - Sore no otoko/Sono otoko
This paper is in my room. - Kore no kami/Kono kami
Those ballpens are mine - Sorera no borupen
These hats are beautiful - Korera no boshi
