1. What are the different ways for costumer/suppliers to contact

you?

There are so many way to contact the costumers for us me we

contact them as a social media through Messenger and
WhatsApp.

2. How often do you use phone or cellular phones for business?

For phones, not necessarily we used them for nowadays we use

social media like I said Messenger and WhatsApp incase of
emergency we use phone for contact or costumers.

3. Does your establishment have internet connection? If yes, what is

it’s purpose? If no, do you have plan to have in the future?

Yes, we have internet connection here in our business. Internet is

very useful for us it become easily our works and also to contact
our costumers.

4. Does your business have a website? If yes, how does it help you
company? If no, do you have plan to have in the future?

For now, we don’t have website but I have plan to work a website
yes to many domain and precise to internet. Yes, we have plan to
have an website.
5. Would you consider giving free Wifi access in the future? If you
already have it, does it help your business?

I am not giving them the password of our internet but we have a

piso net, if they want to have internet so use the piso net because
business is business.
