 MODULAR DIN RAIL - MCB & RCD
Applicable to the residential, industrial and
commercial power distribution systems.
Our Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) and
Residual Current Devices (RCD) are compact
sized, come with short-circuit, overload, earth-
leakage and overvoltage protection. Excellent
short circuit and overload protection are able to
break phase and neutral simultaneously. SDOCs
are available on our website.

AIR CIRCUIT BREAKER

Used for distributing power and protecting
circuits in the electrical distribution system from
overloading, voltage shortage, short circuit,
earth leakage, and other hazardous faults. The
Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) has multiple
intelligent protection functions available for
selection. The protective actions have a high
precision for preventing unnecessary power
failure, breaking power supply much more
reliable.

MOULDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKER

Shihlin Electric BM series molded case circuit breaker
are for overload, short circuit and earth leakage
protection with adjustable rated current sensibility:
High Speed (Fixed) & Time Delay. A range of
accessories for our molded case circuit breaker such
as: Auxiliary contact, Alarm switch, Shunt trip, Under
voltage trip, External handle, Motor operation device
are also available.

MANUAL MOTOR STARTER

Replacing a circuit breaker and a thermal
overload relay with MMS, which save the
installation space for machine tool and panel.
Use MMS to switch motors ON and OFF
manually, and to provide protection against
short-circuit, overload and phase failures. A
range of accessories for MMS such as: Auxiliary
switch, Shunt trip, Under voltage trip and Alarm
switch are also available.

MAGNETIC CONTACTOR
Starts and stops a large-load electric motor through
a control circuit using a lower power level, such as
electric motors, lighting, heating, and other electrical
loads. Composite magnetic switch (abbreviated as
MS) is comprised of a contactor for switching on and
off current and a thermal overload relay for
protecting the load.

AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH

ATS switches a load between two source
when it senses one of the source has lost
or gained power. Often installed with a
backup generator, so the generator can
provide temporary electrical power if the
utility source fails. Reliable mechanical
interlock: Unique structure, ensuring only
one set of power source can be input at a
time. Fast switching time: Prompt
switching time between main power
source and backup power source.
Switching time can also be set by user.
 RELAY
Mainly used as a control loop (relay sequence) to
construct various control systems

SURGE PROTECTIVE DEVICE

Providing the best protection for your device
from voltage spike or surge. Voltage limiting
type SPD: Having high impedance when no
surges occur and as the surge voltage and
current increase, the impedance decrease. By
using varistor and transient voltage suppressor
(TVS). Leakage current is limited, with fast
response time and low residual voltage.
Voltage switching type SPD: Having high
impedance when no surges occur and
become low impedance when surges occur.
Use spark gap and gas discharge tube type
parts. Voltage discharge capability is high.

RENEWABLE ENERGY SOLUTION

DC products of Renewable Energy Solution,
System Voltage up to DC1500V. MCCB, MCB,
SPD, DS, Fuse. These are used in DC power
system for circuit conducting, carrying,
breaking and protecting. Protection includes
overload and short circuit and also can be
used as isolation purpose.

LOW VOLTAGE CAPACITOR

Applicable to rated voltage AC600V and below, with frequency at
50Hz/60Hz, and applied as a contactor for connecting and disconnecting
low-voltage capacitors in parallel. Contactor is equipped with current
limiting resistor, which can suppress surge current output from capacitors
when they are initially connected, which effectively reduce the impact of
surge current to the capacitors and increase the life and reliability of
capacitors.
 HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE
Shihlin EC200H series HMI offers panels with a
variety of dimensions and color, providing
convenient and fast control function toward
factory automation industry. With free Windows-
based user-friendly software, users are able to do
programming rapidly.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER
Shihlin temperature controller WT series
adopts a new anti-interference algorithm and
has passed the highest level of EMC
verification in the CE certification, which
means it can be used in all kinds of harsh
applications. There is also built-in Super SV
function, which can effectively suppress
temperature overshoot, and has heater
disconnection alarm function.

VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE

Shihlin AC motor drives are designed for
energy saving, motor control and
improvement of production performance.
With continuous research and development,
our 3rd generation AC drives are capable of
controlling speed, torque, position and
tension for both induction and permanent
magnet motors. In order to fit in with a wide
range of industrial applications, our products
also provide various advanced motor control
technologies such as SVPWM, close-loop V/F
control, sensorless vector control, etc. to meet
customer requirements.

Shihlin SDE(-P) Series Servo Motor and
Drive is the best choice of cost-effective
motion control for automation
