SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, GIAN CARLO SY LABAD, of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at Mayor Dullin St.,
Purok 1, Upper Loboc, Oroquieta City, by these presents have named, constituted and appointed
DANESSA DAWN S. ORDIZ, also of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at House No. 1, Boston
St., Celdran Village, Brgy. Tubod, Iligan City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in
my name, place and stead, do hereby appoint to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To process, sign, submit and receive in the office of the Development Bank of the
Philippines located at Picardal Road, Brgy. Mahayahay, Iligan City, specifically to process for and in
my behalf the ATM Payroll Account Application for the CHD-NM Medical Technologist Contract of
Service Human Resource, Lanao del Norte;

2. To do any other acts in relation to the above.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
necessary and proper to carry out fully and effectively the foregoing authority which I could lawfully
do if personally present and hereby confirming and ratifying all that the said attorney-in-fact may do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
