Safety Precautions

1. Install the belt cover: Check whether the fasteners are tightened; whether the main shaft is in the same direction as the specified direction; whether the
screen is pressed tightly; whether the upper cover is locked or not. Only when the safety of the man-machine is guaranteed can the machine be turned on.

2. It is not allowed to increase the spindle speed arbitrarily, and it is not allowed to overload the operation. It is not allowed to disassemble the protective cover
of each part at will.

For the replacement of the bearing housing, the moving and fixed knives must use 8.8 high-strength bolts.

When the machine is running, the operator must not leave the post. It is not allowed to disassemble and inspect any part. An abnormal sound occurs, and the
machine is immediately shut down for inspection. It is strictly forbidden to eliminate the fault when the machine is running.

3. The work site should be spacious, ventilated, and equipped with reliable fire-fighting equipment.

4. Before use, check whether there is any foreign matter in the crushing chamber, rotate the rotor by hand (pay attention to safety), check whether the rotation
is flexible, and whether there is any jamming. After carefully checking everything is normal, close the cover and tighten the hand wheel. It can be powered on
for trial operation. Observe that the spindle steering is in the same direction as indicated on the casing.

5. When the machine is running, if abnormal conditions occur, stop the inspection immediately. It is strictly forbidden to eliminate the fault when the machine is
running.

6. For replacement of bearing housing and moving knife bolt, 8.8 high strength bolts must be used.

7. It is strictly forbidden to work after drinking, sickness or excessive fatigue; those who do not have the rules of safe use are not allowed to work alone.
8. Before processing, the hard materials such as stones and metals in the materials to be processed should be removed to avoid personal injury and equipment
injury. The dry material should not be too moist, too humid, which has a great influence on the crushing efficiency.

9. The outer casing of this product must be well grounded and installed with overload protection device. The power switch should be placed close to the
machine to facilitate timely shut down.

10. After the work is completed, it needs to idling for 1-2 minutes, and the machine can be stopped after all the materials are discharged.

Instructions
When spraying down: Insert the appropriate sieve on the bottom of the body to close the upper casing. The material is fed from the hopper, and the feed rate of

Repair and maintenance
