 Product features of Ceramic Liners
Ceramic liner is composed of bearing metal sheath and ceramic liner with high wear-
resistance, and the integrated cylinder liner is mechanically processed and assembled.
uProduct features
I. Excellent abrasion resistance: There are various sharp particles as lithic quartz sand, iron
ore, iron etc., in the high pressure mud during drilling. These particles have high hardness and
good abrasion resistance features that will cause grinding and erosion on cylinder surface.
Therefore, Cylinder liner materials have higher requirements on abrasion resistance. Compared
with the traditional double metal cylinder liner, the life of the ceramic cylinder liner
manufactured by the company is improved by more than 10 times and the service life of it is up
to 4000-10000 hours.
II. Good surface quality: The surface quality of the ceramic material has a great influence on
the service life. The KWOM series ceramic liner prepared by the company has a uniform
microstructure and has good smoothness and gloss after being processed many times. Compared
with the single phase alumina ceramics, the toughness is improved greatly and abrasion
resistance and service life are also improved obviously due to good surface quality and reduction
of water for lubrication.
III. Superior comprehensive mechanical properties: KWOM series ceramic cylinder
manufactured by the company has features of excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature
resistance and abrasion resistance of the ceramic materials and the properties of material
strength, hardness, toughness and thermal shock resistance are greatly enhanced based on the
phase transformation toughening technology so that it has superior mechanical properties to be
suitable for the work in the drilling mud or other corrosive conditions. For example, it could be
applied to some areas as hazard drilling environment as deep petroleum storage and geological
structure and offshore oil, gas and shale gas exploration.

 Product features of Special Pistons
The special pistons are mechanically processed and assembled by the combination of
high quality alloy steel and imported PU or NBR.

uProduct features
1) The character of the opening JC is that the bowl part of the piston is completely open and the
whole body is made through vulcanization. The movement within the cylinder liner has the
functions of advancing, rising, retreating, and shrinking. In terms of the structure, this piston is
able to intensify the sealing on the lip and back of the piston as well as protecting the ceramic
cylinder liner in a more effective way.
2) Utilization on site has proved that the aforementioned one kinds of pistons special for ceramic
cylinder liner are of long life and low costs, which is at least two times of that of the life of
common pistons and can even be more than 1,000 hours. In addition, these two kinds of pistons
could also be applied to dual metal cylinder liner.
Product features of Ceramic Plunger
Ceramic plunger adopts the series of composite zirconia materials made by Hefei Jingchuang, which is
installed with technologies of ceramic metalized adhesion, welding, inlaying and coupling and comes to its
form through precise process. It is an ideal product for metal pumps of the same type, and its service life is
five to ten times as that of metal plunger. Currently it has been widely used in industry like medical
equipment and instruments, environmental engineering, petroleum, and chemical engineering, etc.

1) It has functions of high hardness and endurance against wearing, impact, high pressure, high temperature,
and corrosion, etc.
2) The working surface adopts microporous tissues obtained through unique process, thus obtaining the
function of self-lubrication and changed the mechanisms in sliding friction and lubrication of traditional
plunger pump.
3) The surface of the lumen adopts a fluid-structure, and there is no dead space or cannelure. In addition,
internal and external grinding machine is also adopted to process the surface of the lumen (2)、lunger into
the status like mirror, while the outer surface is polished in a vibrated way, which is convenient for cleaning
and sterilization.

Product features of Attritor Liners
The ceramic liners are widely used in wet grinding flow systems, such as Ultra Beads Mill、

enhance the wear-resisting property of inner liner.
