Service Contract Agreement

This SERVICE CONTRACT (this “Agreement” or this “Service Contract”), is made

and entered into by and between MA Khan, ID: 4902275108085, residing at 33
Boekenhout Street, West Acres, Nelspruit, 1201 (hereinafter the “Customer”),
and Master Pave and Construction (hereinafter the Contractor)

Whereas, Contractor and Customer desire to enter into a relationship in which

the Contractor will: complete paving work at 33 Boekenhout Street, West
Acres, Nelspruit
Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises, and of the mutual promises
and undertakings herein contained, the parties, intending to be legally bound,
do hereby agree as follows:

The Contractor shall perform the following:

1) Preperation, supplying and installation of 61m2 of paving.

The Customer shall perform the following:

1) A deposit amount of R12,000.00 (Twelve Thousand Rand) was paid on

the ______________ 2021 at _______________

2) Once full job is complete and in order the balance of the contract sum of

R8,000.00 (Eight Thousand Rand) will be paid in full and final settlement.
