606104 is constructing a building at SURVEY NO.51/12A, MARIYAMMAN KOVIL

STREET, KONANKUPPAM, VIRUDHACHALM TK, CUDDALORE DT, PIN:606104.

This construction is a New Building construction, I seek to avail temporary service

connection for the said building construction.

 Upon completion of construction activity, I undertake to convert the service

connection now sought for into permanent supply at appropriate tariff category DOMESTIC

RESIDENTIAL in accordance with the Regulation in force.

 I also undertake to pay all applicable charges as per Regulation 39 of Tamil Nadu

Electricity Distribution Code.
