SUBJECT: INITIAL INVESTIGATION REPORT ON ROBBERY INCIDENT
DATE: March 3, 2021

1. On March 2 2021, around 10 am, Engr. Jenny Poire, 59 years old, owner of JP
construction Company and a resident of 641 Siniguelas St. Sasa, Davao City reported
and complained to Police Station No. 4. According to the complainant, 500 bags of
cement, 20 wheel borrows and a cash one hundred thousand pesos which was place in
the drawer of his table were missing from his JP Construction Hardware Store.

2. Upon the investigation conducted, the robber allegedly destroyed the back window of
one of the toilets of the Hardware Store and while inside took those items mentioned
above. The complainant suspected one of his helpers named Jose Batobato to be one
of the culprits and there is a witness identified as a Rey Van Rizal, 23 years old,
resident of Barangay Central Mati City saw the suspects used an owner jeep stainless
with two others inside the jeep at about 2 am of the March 2, 2022 during the time of
incident. Witness further revealed that he can pinpoint if ever the said culprits be
apprehended and presented to him.

3. The apprehension of the suspected persons is still on going.
