In order to receive your score for the

Poster Presentation assessment, you

need to:
1. Submit a file or a link to the poster used during today’s
presentation on Canvas (files name: CLASS_FULL NAME_Poster):
was due one hour before class TODAY!

2. Complete the Poster Conference Follow-Up form

3. Write a paragraph explaining what your score should be,

based on the official assessment rubric used for this assignment.

PRESENTATION
- structure
- slide content (good balance of text and
visuals)
- at least 4 reliable academic sources
- relevant images
- same speaking time for each team member
- no looking at your phone during the
presentation

❖ Be ready for your presentation!
- UPLOAD the PDF of your slides to canvas
by the due date!
- Email the PowerPoint slides file (or
CANVA URL, etc) to Mr. Pascal BEFORE
the start of the session!
❖ Submit your individual report on canvas!
Important for Session 12!
● Don’t be late! The order of presentations will be
decided RANDOMLY at the beginning of the session.
The order will not be changed because some students
are missing or late.

● All GROUP presentations that go over 12

mins will be stopped. Presentations that are
shorter than 10 mins lose 1 group point.
