Group, a trusted insurance broker and consultant from Austria with more than
95+ years of experience working in 18 countries. Due to expansion we are looking
for candidates for position of

Legal Officer

Area of Responsibility:

 Acting as a primary point of contact for Group Function Legal independently or in

alignment with the General                 Counsel
 Advising and providing legal support in projects and transactions. Legal core areas
include corporate law, contracts         law, GDPR and other EU Compliance matters
 Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, such as network agreements,
confidentiality agreements, brokerage           agreements, cooperation agreements, etc.
 Advising and implementing in the area of compliance, in particular GDPR, such as: 
-Managing data protection issues, drafting and negotiating data protection-related
contracts and supplementary                        documentation
-Contact person for data protection incidents, cooperation with external law firms and
EU data protection                                   authorities
-Processing of UBO and KYC requests, coordination of external notaries

 Corporate governance, ongoing review of GrECo Group's corporate documents also in

light of changes in local                legislation 
 Enforcement of claims of subsidiaries and defense against (alleged) claims of third
parties

Your professional & personal competence:

 Law degree
 3-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate/inhouse legal department
 Experience in GDPR
 Solution-oriented approach, and strong communication skills
 Excellent written and spoken English skills
