    How to format the table?
    1. Click the table.
    2. Select the Table Design Menu.
    3. Click Borders.
    4. Select Border and Shading.
    5. Choose the appropriate Style of the border.
    6. Click on the diagram to apply borders on the top and bottom of the table.
