Establishing work processes correctly in advance is one of the important things for both the team leader

and the team member. Great importance is attached to the sequence and timing of work processes to
ensure maximum results are achieved. From the example of Everest, it was important for me to
understand correctly the importance of proper planning of time and its use, which plays an important
role in the entire chain of processes.

During the formation of a new team, I pay significant attention to the experience of the team members
and their ability to establish relationships between several interested parties at the same time, as well as
to properly realize their interests.

In the case of the Everest example, the team leader shared with us the data and criteria needed to achieve
a specific step, which the team leader then developed and discussed with the team members, and then
we checked the best option again and made a final decision.
