3. COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

This course is designed to provide students with an overview of issues related to management of
operations at strategic, tactic and operational levels of an organization. It will expose students to a
wide variety of topics, tools, concepts and theories in a number of different decision areas.
Management issues in both manufacturing and service environments are covered through an
approach of understanding processes, improving processes, and measuring performance.

8. COURSE REQUIREMENT & EXPECTATION


Students should be well prepared for every lecture and must attend at least 80% of the course to be
eligible for the final exam. Individual assignments are governed by National Economics University
