📝Pakistan and the future of Kashmir cause. 📝

1. Introduction

The Kashmir cause has 73 years of a miserable historical background. Crippling masses collapsed
economic life, no judiciary, and a list of injustices are out there as the specifications of the occupied
kashmir and Pakistan is lethargic in this regard.

If Pakistan would have been a prominent member out there in the United Nations, Other members of
the United Nations would have been voted in favor of Pakistan and the Kashmir cause so far. And the
Kashmir issue would have been resolved so far in favor of both Pakistan and kashmir.

However unfortunately Pakistan is not that much an active member of the United Nations because of
various factors. Which include dishonest politicians, lack of experience in the world peace that much,
under developed status, IMF and World Bank loans, and at the end (Pakistan) not been involved by the
United Nations in other peace concerns of the world. Which kept the confidence of Pakistan low in the
United Nations. And made Pakistan and the future of the Kashmir cause unpredictable.

2. Current Scenario Of The Kashmir Cause And Pakistan

2.1- Because of the indian interference in the occupied kashmir there used to be rallies and protests,
and in return lock down and curfew on daily basis, and the Killing of the innocent massess since 1947 by
the indian army forces, which is like a life long trend there.

2.2- Masses are crippled there because of the spoilage of business in the occupied kashmir. People
sacrifice their lives for the cause of kashmir, when they come out of their houses.
2.3. Education system and health services has rotten the lives of the public there. They can not acquire
education unless they go abroad. And their health services are restricted.

2.4- There is no concept of recreation. And there is no relief for the public from the life long depression,
confusion, and anxiety. Almost all the people suffer from psyche disorders.

2.5- Other government services are also restricted there and public goes outside from kashmir to
acquire employment.

Almost the whole life of masses is disturbed there with a helpless Pakistan in this regard. And the only
trend which is common there is the sacrifice of the lives of the masses for the cause of kashmir.

3. Obvious Factors Which Sustained The Kashmir Cause And Bored Pakistan In This Regard

3.1- The negligence of the United Nations about the Kashmir cause and the fatigued and not heard
struggle of Pakistan in the United Nation caused the sustainity of the conflicted and controversial
Kashmir.

3.2- Other regional organizations for peace did do any successful struggle for the kashmir cause and the
controversial kashmir faced sustainability of its such a conflicted condition.

3.3- The presence of the Indian army forces in the territory of conflicted kashmir is another basic reason
behind the current conditions of the occupied kashmir. Where no organization for regional peace did
not put up the issue of the occupied kashmir to the Indian government.

3.4- Member countries of the United Nations never weighed in voting more in favour of Pakistan and
Kashmir than india. And because of the disagreement between Pakistan and India about kashmir
prolonged the kashmir issue for such a historical long time.
3.5- The absence of Pakistani army forces in the occupied kashmir made the kashmir issue did exist , as it
in return kept the morale of Indian government and its armed forces high. Which is against the kashmir
issue. And the issue of the occupied kashmir remained controversial and conflicted so far.

4. Threats To The International Peace From The Kashmir Cause And Unsuccessful Pakistan In This Regard

4.1- As per the human nature masses across the globe do not feel safe because of the kashmir cause. As
they see the unsuccessful attempts of the United Nations in this regard. And condemn it.

4.2- The inflicted masses are hopeless in the occupied kashmir. They raise their voice on media to the
outside world about their misrable life. And the United Nations along with other regional organization
for peace have lost their reputation among the global public.

4.3- Occupied kashmir is posing threat to the morale of Pakistani army forces in this regard and
enhancing the brutality of the indian army forces. This effect of the current occupied kashmir is because
of the failure in agreements of both the Indian and Pakistani governments with each other.

4.4- The bilateral relationship of Pakistan with other muslim countries in this regard affect the
reputation of Pakistan among these muslim countries. This in return affect the relationship of Pakistan
with such muslim countries. As they see the repetition of the failure of Pakistan about the kashmir
cause.

4.5- So far Pakistan did not owned Kashmir on the basis of voting in the United Nations. Those countries
who vote against Pakistan and occupied Kashmir , obviously look down on Pakistan in the United
Nations and the issue of Kashmir does look to exist for an unpredictable time. And the ties of Pakistan
are weakening there with foreign countries.

Lessons The World Learned From The Kashmir Cause And Pakistan.

5.1- The brutality of indian army forces in the occupied kashmir is inhumane. The world on the basis of
humanistic values condemn the United Nations, India, and Pakistan for the current kashmir cause. As
they see that the kashmir like cause can be possible against any dependent nation.
5.2- The issue of the occupied kashmir is the obvious failure of the pro-peace organizations. And this has
weakened the supremacy of the United Nations almost since its establishment. The world seek solution
to the issue of the occupied kashmir from the United Nations.

5.3- Those countries which are in favour of the will of the kashmiri Public, see the Pakistani army un-
interested and weak in this regard. Otherwise such a tight army, like Pakistan do have, can resolve the
issue of the occupied kashmir very easily with its hard power there in.

5.4- Kashmir issue is an example of the lack of peace in this region like the issue of peace of Palestine,
and Chechnya does exist. And the Human Rights are daily jeopardized because of the crippling masses.

The kashmir issue is in this form since 1947. And the blood loss of kashmiris has a very hard traditional
history. The whole world is against this blood loss. And they see this as the misfortune of the kashmiri
masses. However the kashmiri masses and the outside world except india are still hopeful and relate it
to God.

5.5- kashmir issue is so much an ignored issue that even if the kashmiri masses need help, no country
does help the kashmiri public except Pakistan. Where on the humanistic basis other countries must help
out the kashmiris with different packages. But as far as the issue of independence of the occupied
kaahmir is concerned Pakistan needs a higher hand over india both in this region and out there in the
United Nations.

6. Permanently Elimnating The Factors Backing Up The Kashmir Issue And Creating A Hopeful Paksitan In
This Regard

6.1- Pakistan must have a prominent place in the United Nations. For which Pakistan has to improve its
ties with those countries who vote against the will of the kashmiris and resist Pakistan about the
kashmir cause.

6.2- Organizations for peace in this region must have meetings and seminars at times about the will of
the kashmiris and the will of our country about the kashmir cause.
6.3- Indian government must have a policy on huministic basis about the occupied kashmir. Indian
government must eliminate its army forces as it is against the will of the kashmiri masses.

6.4- kashmiri public must have a successful domestic peace organization and campaigns to get their
voice high about their will and their rights. United Nations must give a special focus and concentration
to such a voice of kashmiris, which needs and seeks to be raised on the international forum also.

6.5- Those countries which vote against the will of the kashmiris and Pakistan in the UNO, must develop
a sense of humanism and must vote in favour of the kashmir cause.

6.6- The United Nations must also support the presence of Pakistani army forces in the occupied
kashmir. Which can develop a sense of safety and security in the occupied Kashmir about its masses.

7. Designing The Road Map For A Happy Future Of The Kashmir Cause And The Quality Pakistan For The
Kashmir Cause

7.1- The land of the occupied kashmir must be free from any sort of brutality of indian army. The Inidian
government must eliminate its brutal army from the occupied kashmir. Where only the domestic army
of kashmir must exist. As kashmir needs to be self-sufficient in this regard. Even if kashmir becomes a
part of Pakistan kashmir must have its own army.

7.2- The prestigue of Pakistan will raise and will get higher if Pakistan wins over kashmir on its own part.
And kashmir needs to have a safe stability like other provinces under the jurisdiction and the federation
of Pakistan.

7.3- Kashmir must not become a part of the Indian government ever. As the Indian government has
been a life long enemy of the rights of the kashmiri public. Kashmir can never or can extremely hardly
adjust under the jurisdiction and the federation of the Indian government. If kashmir becomes a part of
the Indian government, kashmiri masses will still be crippled for their rights under the prejudiced
jurisdiction and prejudiced federation of the indian government.
7.4- The United Nations must give a special focus and purified concentration to the issues like Kashmir,
Chechnya and Palestine on huministic grounds. It will add a wave of peace the global public. And the
crippled masses will love life. The life which needs to be celebrated.

7.5- Regional Organizations responsible for peace need to be successful. They need a special media
coverage and more than needed seminars in this regard, to make the peace sure for the crippled masses
across kashmir.

There is a need for more organizations to be established for peace across the world.

8. Conclusion

Until and Unless God is agreed the muslim masses of Kashmir will be crippled for their rights. However
there is a special need to make the God agreed for this. Here it is the responsibility of kashmiris along
with the muslim countries especially Pakistan to make the God agreed and take the kashmiris out of
their life long depression, confusion, and anxiety for the Kashmir cause. Which seeks such a collective
effort. As God says He never changes the cause of a nation untill and unless they strive properly to
change it themselves.

Secondly the responsible states around the world must support the Kashmir cause as Pakistan is the
most special state in this regard. Still we can hope that the Kashmir can alter its historical chapter from a
dark one to a bright one.
