Physical education assists me in becoming a critical thinker by developing my psychological,

physical, emotional, and social well-being, which can benefit me in achieving my professional
goals and ambitions in life. It may help me improve my initiative and interpersonal abilities,
which I can use for a variety of responsibilities and activities. It can improve my personality
because it allows me to participate in various social experiences that increase my socialization
and connection with others. It will also assist me in stepping outside of my comfort zone in order
to find my potential, achieve my objectives, and live a more meaningful life. It also helps me
develop my conduct and attitude, as well as become a physically fit and healthy person. It also
encourages me to improve my conduct and personality, as well as become a physically fit and
healthy person, that might enable me to be so much more driven to fulfill my aim of becoming
future ready individual.

Physical education and wellness are essential components of our everyday lives. People of all
ages, including children, teens, adults and senior, require regular physical activity. Through
physical education and fitness, I will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of being
active and healthy, particularly throughout this global epidemic. I recognized that it was critical
for me to engage in physical exercise in order to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Being active
is essential for maintaining fitness and improving health. It can assist me in being physically fit
so that I can complete my everyday chores without feeling exhausted. Physical activity and
fitness produce strong bones and muscles while also promoting greater health and wellness,
preventing a range of health conditions, lowering the risk of a number of diseases, and improving
quality of life. Physical education and fitness, I feel, may substantially help my body and health
since they improve my overall health and well-being. By burning off surplus calories through
physical activity, we can enhance our energy and physical education can improve one's health
and boost one's psychological health and proper nutrition and daily exercise have been shown to
lead to healthier living.
