ORDER:

In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued enhancing the
Technical sanction powers of Public Health & Municipal Engineers working in
Public Health Engineering Department and various ULBs are as follows:

2. In the reference 5th read above, the Water Resources Department have
issued comprehensive orders streamlining the powers of administrative
approval, Technical sanction, calling for tender and Finalization of tenders to all
the Engineering Departments.

3. In the reference 6th read above, the Engineer - in - Chief (PH), A.P., has
submitted the revised proposals for enhancing the Technical Sanction powers,
Tender Approval powers, Technical opinion to the ULBs on tenders and power of
various cadres of Public Health & Municipal Engineering Department Engineers in
view of the comprehensive orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.41, Water Resources
(REFORMS) Department dt.24.05.2018 to avoid delay in grounding the works
and requested the Government to issue necessary orders in the matter duly
adopting the G.O.Ms.No.41, Water Resources (REFORMS) Dept., dt.24.05.2018.
