    Subject: Shadin ADC-2000 Tray Inspection

    This Service Information Letter is to inform all operators of a potential failure of the Shadin ADC-2000
    tray assembly, P/N 612826.

    There have been reports from the field of cracking found on the aluminum mounting tray around the
    bend radius of the tray assembly. Every operator should inspect the mounting tray as soon as possible,
    then at a minimum of every annual inspection to determine if the tray has developed cracks. If cracks
    are found, the tray assembly shall be replaced at the earliest convenience.
