Junk and Healthy Food
Both types of food provide daily nutrients in order to ensure the necessary energy
for the entire day. Similarly both junk and healthy food represents a lifestyle that
everyone is free to choose/adopt. Nowadays each of them is intensively promoted both
online and social media and on streets, on the advertising poles.
However/On the other hand/ on the contrary there are some differences between
the two. Junk food in different from healthy food in that it is tastier and cheaper. While
healthy food is poorer calories and fat free junk food is strikingly contrastive because it is
full of grease and highly caloric.
I think that each both of them have pros and cons and it’s up to each of us to
choose their own favorite dish.
