This document provides instructions for making a flounced scarf using two looms. It describes casting on stitches to the large loom and knitting 6 rows to create a base. The stitches are then transferred to the loom 3 to a peg and knitted together to create ruffles. The scarf body pattern is 5 rows of knitting followed by 1 row of purling and is repeated 18-20 times. Both sides of the scarf are made separately and joined afterward.
