1. GIVE A BRIEF HISTORY ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS:


The business is an existing business owned by Ms. Willitta Bess who is (43) years old. Ms. Bess worked as a
security guard for (3) three months. Ms. Bess worked with G.W.I. under a contract for (6) six months. Ms.
Bess was a medical officer for (5) five years at the Guyana Defence Force (G.D.F). Ms. Bess is now self-
employed as a poultry farmer.

2. EVOLUTION / CHANGES IN THE BUSINESS SINCE INCEPTION:

The business is an existing business owned by Ms. Bess. Ms. Bess will be applying for a ($500,000) five

hundred thousand dollars grant. The grant will be used to purchase (300) three hundred birds,

medicine, water cans, feed can and feed for the business.
