Reflection Paper

When we do things, we do it for love and not for the recognition we can get by
doing what we are doing. We should have no other intentions we when do things or
expect something in return because that is what a genuine help means, we help
because we love the people that surrounds us and we love what we are doing and that
should be it, we should not expect people to give back to what we have to offer.

As Paulinian, we are Christocentric Paschal which mean we are Christ-centered

but we also embrace the Paschal mystery of Jesus. By that being said, even with
troubles we still carry and trust God knowing that we still have hopes in life and God will
take care of us. God is our backbone and safe place and we can always count on Him.
It was discussed that Fr. Louis Chauvet faced al lot of difficulties in life but manage to
fight together with God and He is our living proof that God will never let us drown in the
troubles we are facing as long as we hold His hands and trust Him without doubt. In our
life we sometimes feel so overwhelmed with all our problems and let that overpower our
faith in God but what we failed to see is that God is more powerful that anything else,
got put us through something because He knows we can surpass it, we just need to
have a little faith in ourselves and big hope for God.

God love us equally, He is good to all. He does not have an exemption; His love
and kindness are equal and we should treat other people equally. We should not
choose who we help because God also did not choose who to bless. We should not
only help those people who we know can help us back in the future but rather we should
help those in need without buts and what ifs. I believe that when we help without
question, God will bless us more to be able to help more people also. God will always
recognize our kindness even if it means nothing to other people. Do what you know
pleases God and not something that pleases other people because we live to spread
love and kindness to all with no exception and explanation.
