Report of customer complaint
Customer Sanku Project Date of complaint 15th, Mar, 2023
Contacted Person Salah Malik Visit Date 16th, Mar, 2023
Under Complaint Quantities Total Orders
Product Quantity (bags) Quantity (bags)
Sanku 25 kg, pink borders 6,460 632,500
Sanku 25 kg, green borders 3,114 449,000
Sanku 50 kg, pink borders 1,612 24,500
Sanku 50 kg, green borders 1,284 2,000

After visiting customer, discussing and careful listening, then going to stores to
see and evaluate quantity under complaint, we conclude as follows:

Physically notice of quantity

Most of those bags were not defected
or rejected due to weaving or stitching
defects nor be treated as
manufacturers defects
The issue was that most of quantity
contained folding on the fabric surface
(see pic.), this is normally happened
for some bags when pressing bags in
bailing press machine either 500 or
1000 bundles, to reduce size of bundle
and make it easier in handling and
storage

We also noticed few bags folded and

were not well clean in the stitching
areas, because of stitching machine oil

We also noticed some bags not from

our production, they were produced in
other companies, and we let the
customer know there was mixing.

Customer Complaint
Since the customer printing those bags
in (bag to bag) printing machine, those
folding on the surface of some bags
make it difficult for them to print and
folding causes spaces of printing, so they
count them as rejects

what customer need is flat surface for

easy printing (see pic.)

The normal process is that bailing press

is the last stage of the production in
which no effect on bag since the bag is
already printed

We explained to the customer the

normal process flow of this industry is
that (tapes production – weaving fabric
– printing – cutting – bailing press) ,see details below,

Conclusion and Recommendations

Corrective actions:
1- As we agreed with customer, since most of bags not defected and some
bags are not from our production, it will not be rejected now, unless
this quantity get sorted and classified, we will send two people with Mr.
Ahmed Rashed, Assistant Manager to sort our quantities only
determine how many bags folded and how many rejected, after that we
recommend to return only the rejected not folded if any
2- We will prepare 2 bundles, 500 bags each, in which we will apply small
/no press from bailing machine to keep all bags straight, those 2 bundles
are going to be identified and separated, we will coordinate with the
customer and waiting for their feedback, if this process works well, we
will maintain it

Important Point
For such small issue, if the customer would complained or talked
since January till March instead of collecting those folded bags, we
would have made some solutions and the needful from that time
