Please Reflect on the Learning journey you are undergoing (100 words max)

For this unit, I have prepared my assessment 2 which was formed of two parts: a
further report about Bedford Town Residence, best practices after Covid 19 and a plan for
implementing those in an office environment and the reflective writing. In the first part I
used my skills which I developed during the last 5 weeks in order to submit a presentable
report, a better one than the first assessment.

I had to correlate the information in the assignment brief with my knowledge about
BTR and some materials about the Covid 19 period and its problems and submit my work
in a period of time strictly imposed by the teachers.

The effort was considerable as there was a lot of information which must had be put
in the right order and make a resume as in the first draft I had two times more words than
the assignment brief required.

The second part, the reflective writing, was a briefly reminder of what I achieved
during the last weeks in skills development. I must say that huge effort was made to
obtain such big steps in my journey as I work daily and my free time wasn’t in the days I
had classes. But is a nice way to remind myself the steps I have made and the further
steps that needs to be done to become the business manager I want to be.

My communication needs to be improved for a better understanding by investing 1

hour more per day as I did before and effort in order to speak fluently as i am still
learning the English language, which is not my first language.
