Subject: It’s Time to Celebrate Our ASPIRE Awards Nominees

The time has come for the annual ASPIRE awards. Four awards will be presented to dedicated
employees here at OneAmerica: Distinguished Achievement Award, Outstanding Leadership
Award, Excellence in Execution Award, and Excellence in Partnership Award.

These are the ASPIRE principles which inspired the ASPIRE Awards program.
● Achievement
● Stewardship
● Partnership
● Integrity
● Responsiveness
● Excellence

The criteria for each award are very similar being that the nominee must embody OneAmerica’s
ASPIRE values as well as numerous other professional responsibilities such as driving
innovation and acting as a role model.

The ASPIRE Awards program celebrates the top-performing OneAmerica associates that live
up to OneAmerica’s ASPIRE values and have demonstrated a consistent commitment of success
serving the OneAmerica customers, financial professionals, and partnerships. Each associate
nominated for one of these four awards have demonstrated leadership, responsibility, passion,
and coordination.

OneAmerica associates are dedicated to the provider’s mission and values, and we are proud that
our associates worked hard. We can not say how ecstatic we are to recognize all of their
aspirations and dedications.

Last year, 2022, Amanda Stevenson-Holmes won the Excellence in Partnership Award, and
because of her extensive knowledge and extraordinary leadership, Holmes will be
presenting these awards to the nominees of all four awards at the ASPIRE Awards banquet
that will be held on Saturday, March 25.
I want to extend my appreciation for the associates and employees that have displayed extensive
loyalty and dedication to OneAmerica. Congratulations to every nominee. OneAmerica is
overwhelmed with excitement. Keep up the great work, everybody.
