The outreach activity was made possible through the joint and collaborative
efforts of the Faculty Club, the General Parent-Teachers Association (GPTA), the

school. It has become the tradition of the school every year to conduct such activity to
identified communities as a testament of the school’s unfailing commitment to its core
values of servant leadership and social service.
When asked why the school continues to do such mission given all the
challenges brought about by the pandemic, Ms. Salve S. Molit, the Academic
Coordinator said that nothing can’t ever hinder the genuine acts of service of a sincere
heart. She added that even though the pandemic brought some concerns, this just
made the community realize that help and support are needed all the more by the
people given all the sufferings and tribulations all of us face in this challenging and
trying times. Ms. Molit also emphasized that this tradition has been deeply rooted in the
formation of the school and that everyone in the community has imbibed this act not just
a tradition but a way of life. For the entire Agnesian community, it is through this act of
giving and sharing that makes their celebration of Christmas truly meaningful and
purposeful.
The community distributed packs of goods and Noche Buena packages to ____
families in the aforementioned recipient barangay. A simple program was also prepared
by the faculty to entertain and bring joy and smile to the faces of the people.
Representatives of the GPTA and SCC were also present to assist and facilitate the
distribution of goods and packages. This is the first time that the GPTA and SCC joined
the faculty in their Christmas Extension Program. Mr. Marlon A. Maravilla, the Student
Activities Coordinator said that the cooperation of other stakeholders and organizations
of the school like the GPTA and SCC forges a stronger bond between them and would
absolutely be beneficial in crafting and organizing programs and projects not only for the
school but for the community as a whole. According to Mr. Maravilla, this is a promising
partnership and he looks forward to having more of this whole of institution approach in
delivering quality social services which the school is truly known for.
