Lesson 5: Emotions

Name: Glaiza Mae P. Berongoy

Course & Section: BSN 2A

Explanation:

For me emotion is a spontaneous mental reaction, such as joy, sorrow, hate,

and love. Emotions always involve mental activity and sometimes have
physical effects on the body, as in She could tell what emotion he was feeling
by looking at his face. A natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one's
circumstances, mood, or relationships with others

Perspective:

When people are unable to control their emotions, their responses may be
disruptive or inappropriate given the situation or setting. Anger, sadness,
anxiety, and fear are just some of the emotions a person may have.

Self-Knowledge:

Reach out for support. This is easier said than done when you’re at a low
point. Try to remember the people in your life who care for you and likely
want to help you. The pain of heartache does ease with time, even if you can’t
imagine it at the moment.
