Brief:

The Business Lead for ERP will be the key SPOC for the I&D Function. He/She will provide the relevant support
for integration for I&D with ERP. He/she will be responsible for working closely with the ERP team and various
stakeholders for smooth implementation.

Responsibilities:

1. Should have complete and thorough understanding of the I&D Business including all concepts (General
Trade, Key Accounts, Safety Footwear, Institutional Business).
2. Should have a clear understanding on the requirements of the distributors and the B2B business.
3. Should understand the trade policies discounting for all concepts of I&D (General Trade, Key Accounts,
Safety Footwear, Institutional Business) as well as for customers.
4. Should be technically sound and should be proficient in IT skills.
5. Should have an analytical bent and should be able to analyze and present data.
6. Should ensure robust knowledge management and timely updation of knowledge assets e.g., SOPs, other
process/controls related documentation.
7. Should ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest level.
8. Embed a culture of continuous improvement on the established processes.
