SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:


The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring eCommerce Operations (Market Places & Bata.in)
are running efficiently. They will also be responsible for ensuring all B2B & B2C KPI’s are achieved for
the E-commerce Operations department.

LONG DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

• To manage the return rates as per Business requirement for both Market Places & Bata.in.
• To achieve the target for order fulfilment as per Business requirement.
• To manage & reduce the per pair Courier cost for Market Places, Bata.in and Omni Channel.
• To manage & reduce the customer escalations at an overall level for eCommerce.
• To co-ordinate with Business & Supply Chain team for smooth business continuity.
• To co-ordinate with external partners and Business for PO Slotting basis Warehouse inputs.
• To maintain PO Billing & Delivery tracker.
• To co-ordinate with Supply Chain team to ensure timely dispatch of shipments, unloading of
shipments at partners warehouse.
• To co-ordinate with partner’s warehouse & internal teams to solve all delivery related issues and
ensure unloading of stock at partner’s Warehouse.
• To co-ordinate with Finance team for all reconciliations.
• To ensure well established stakeholder management & customer satisfaction internally and
externally.
• To motivate & engage employees and retention of staff.
• To nurture & coach high potential employees within the team.
