II. The needs/problems behind the project
1. Current problems of queuing when going to the doctor
Because this service is not yet popular in Vietnam, so every time we go to the
hospital, we have to queue and get the number waiting for our turn. At times when
the hospital is overloaded, many people will sometimes have to wait for half a day,
which is very inconvenient for those with busy schedules.
2. Increase profits for the company
Since the end of 2022 until now, the economic situation and financial market of
Vietnam have experienced many fluctuations. At this difficult time, the company
needs to propose activities and projects that are likely to bring in a large profit to
be able to maintain the company's operation and development in the future.
3. Increase the company's recognition
In the 4.0 era, many technology companies were established. This makes the
competition even more difficult. Therefore, our company needs a breakthrough,
surpassing all competitors. Increasing awareness for the company is one of the top
tasks. Entering the medical market can help us do this, because anyone of any age
or class has a need for healthcare. Once the recognition is increased, the company
will attract more investors and develop big projects.

satisfaction with the product. User satisfaction is important because it can affect a
product's reputation and future sales.
