APPOINTMENT BOOKING STEPS AND BUSINESS VISA CHECKLIST

 In the case of Business Visa: You need to choose B1/B2 as your Visa Category. Visa fees for B1 is 160$.

1. Visa fees are not refundable. If you have encountered an error or you believe your payment was not successful,
DO NOT PAY THE FEE A SECOND TIME AS IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
2. You have to register and enter all your details.
3. 5. Once you have determined the correct visa type and continue further, you must pay the visa fee. The visa fee
page lists the visa types and correlating visa fee in US dollars and native currency.
4. To pay your visa fee, read the Bank and Payment Options page. This page explains how to make your visa fee
payment. You have to keep your receipt number to book your visa appointment.

5. 6. You are almost ready to schedule your visa appointment! Now you will need to login to your profile with the
same credentials you used to pay your visa fee. Once you are in the system, you will see your dashboard.
 
Click on Schedule Appointment on the left-hand side menu. This will start the process of scheduling your
appointment.
• You must schedule two appointments, one for the Visa Application Center (VAC) and one for the visa interview at the
Embassy or Consulate.
• First, schedule your appointment at a Visa Application Center. This appointment will allow you to go to one of the five
Visa Application Center locations to have your fingerprints and photo taken. This appointment must be at least 1 day
before your visa interview appointment at the Embassy or Consulate.
• Second, schedule your visa interview appointment at the Embassy or Consulate.
You will need three pieces of information in order to schedule your appointment:
• Your passport number
• The visa application fee receipt number.
• The ten (10) digit barcode number from your DS-160 confirmation page

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS LIST FOR B1/B2 VISA :
 
OFC Interview (Biometrics):

1. Original Passport
2. A print out of the OFC and Visa Interview confirmation.
3. A print out of the DS-160 confirmation

 
Consulate Interview documents:
 
1. Original Passport
2. A print out of the OFC and Visa Interview confirmation.  
3. DS-160 Confirmation ( Bar Code)
4. The photograph to be digitized must be at minimum 2 inches by 2 inches
5. Degree/mark sheets in original (from 10th onwards)
6. Current resume
7. Your Identity card,
8. Visiting card,
9. GlobalLogic Appointment letter
10. Latest salary slips (2-3)
11. Personal Bank statement for 3 – 6 months
12. Previous experience letters, if any
13. Invitation letter for B1 visa
NOTE: Please carry all your passports at the time of interview.
