THE CHALLENGES OF MILLENNIALS AND ITS PERSONAL VALUES

Millennials view generation Z as lucky and the same time lazy because generation Z is born in
an era where technologies have been already developed. Millennials are used to doing things hand to
hand, for them to get something they need to move, stand, walk, and sweat for it. For example, when
a millennial wants to eat food they would drive or walk to go to that store and order food, while the
generation Z will open their phones and there is this app where there are plenty of stores and menus
of foods to select and will be delivered right in front of their doors.
