Travel Reimbursement HKTDC will provide a Travel Reimbursement of HKD1,800 (approximately USD230) when you visit the

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1) Your company and you MUST be a Trade BUYER related to Lighting Business and you have to visit the Hong Kong
International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition) in order to be eligible for the Travel Reimbursement Programme.
2) Your company MUST NOT be an EXHIBITOR of the HK International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition) 2013 in order to be eligible for
the traveling incentives.
3) Applications without attaching a photocopy of the applicant’s business card will not be processed.
4) Each company is entitled to ONLY ONE OFFER OF REIMBURSEMENT. This offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
5) This programme cannot be applied in conjunction with any other buyer incentive programmes devised for Hong Kong International
Lighting Fair (Spring Edition).
6) Successful applicants must show up in the fair and complete a buyer questionnaire when collecting the reimbursement at the
“Buying Mission Service Counter” in the fairground.
7) You must visit the fair on 2 separate days during 6 – 9 April 2013 and collect 2 customised stamps at the “Buying Mission Service
Counter” in order to qualify for the reimbursement. Collection of only 1 stamp will result in invalidation of the reimbursement .
8) The original copy of passport and air ticket must be presented upon the reimbursement collection. HKTDC reserves the
right to reject any reimbursement requests should there be any informational discrepancies on the passport and air ticket.
9) HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior
notice. In case of any disputes over the programme, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and binding.
