You can accept or decline your offer of admission, using myStudentSystem, accessed through myPortal.
MacEwan.ca. Under the left menu, choose myStudentSystem and a new window will open. Click on the
Admissions and Transfer tile and select the application you wish to ACCEPT or DECLINE.
• Pay your $1,000 non-refundable Admission Confirmation Fee (Deposit).
In order to pay your Admission Confirmation Deposit, click on Pay Admission Deposit or go to the
Fees tile to Make a Payment. Information regarding the deposit and other methods of payment are
available at MacEwan.ca/MakeAPayment
• Please note the following exceptions:
o If you are applying from outside of Canada, and your Study Permit is denied, and you send us a
copy of the denial letter, you will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
o If you are applying from within Canada, no refund will be granted

Submit a copy of your Study Permit. Scan and email a copy of the letter you receive from Citizenship and Immigration
Canada advising you that you have been approved to receive a Study Permit to Program Area
