Respected SPOCs Kind attention

SPOCs has to enter only the FINAL PROJECT marks in the External Module.

Except L&T which has two Final projects, all other courses have Single Final Project ( Multiple
internal Assessments -MCQ based questions -are already captured by the LMS whereas Final Project
report marks are not captured by the system for which we ask SPOC to enter marks (out of 100 ) in
the module

(Assessment Rubrics also available in our portal)

1. All the internal assessment marks captured by the system through LMS platform of training
providers will be averaged to 100 marks

2. Final Project mark must also be converted to 100 marks 1 and 2 will be averaged to 100 marks
( Total Marks attained by the candidate )

Regarding Microsoft Office Fundamentals Course

Final assignments (10 Assignments on total 5 in basic & 5 in advanced (Projects) are available after
each course students has to submit those manually and Faculty Coordinators can evaluate using the
answer key available in SPOC login (Final mark must be averaged to 100)
