CERTIFICATE OF IMMEDIATE REVIEW

The court having rendered the Order Granting State’s Petition for Bond Pursuant to

0.C.G.A. § 50-15-12 (the “Order”) entered on April 21, 2023, which is not subject to direct appeal,

and having considered the Plaintiffs’ Application for Certificate of Immediate Review, I do hereby

certify that such order is of such importance that immediate review should be had by the Supreme

Court or the Court of Appeals, as appropriate.

In order to permit Plaintiffs sufficient time within which to pursue such appellate review,

the time within which Plaintiffs shall be required to post the Bond in accordance with the Order is

hereby extended to that date which is ten days following the date of the Supreme Court’s or Court

of Appeals’, as applicable, order granting or denying an appeal in this matter.
