Suddenly, the camel dashed away like a terrified mouse and despite Hadi attempting to

retain his grip, he was pulled forward and tripped, landing flat on to the sand. Meanwhile,
the camel scampered away across the caramel-yellow dunes. Hadi panicked because he
knew his father would scold him for losing the camel. He had to find it and bring it back. He
immediately headed in the direction of the camel at lightning speed. Half an hour passed;
Hadi was now slowing to a minimal pace. His head whirred with thoughts of shame as the
darkness approached. What chance was it that he would find the lost creature now?
