Newly diagnosed with bronchial asthma in her last admission 3 weeks ago. Salbutamol and Budesonide inhalers, 200 mcg when necessary and 200 mcg once at night for bronchial asthma. examination: Alert and conscious Pink and fairly hydrated Able to speak in full sentences Not tachypneic RR26 Bp 130/90mmHg
