“DAILY ACCOIMPLISHMENT REPORT”

Week 1

 Day 1/March 16,2023

In first day of my work immersion Thursday March 16, 2023. We have a short
orientation and after that our supervisor assigned us to the technical room, where they
taught us how to check if the wi-fi connection has been troubleshooting. Also, they teach
us how to format a Computer. Then in the afternoon, we instructed to go in computer
laboratory to lift and move a computer desktop to technical room and at exactly 2:00 pm
they transferred me with my company to the CCJE department building office.

 Day 2/March 17,2023

The second day of my work immersion Friday March 17, 2023. We helped the
criminology students to remove the chairs from each classroom of the CCJE building, as
this is where the athletes will sleep for the upcoming University meet. After removing the
chair, we cleaned the CCJE office. In the afternoon, we also cleaned the criminology
laboratory room to also be used by athletes that will attend the University meet.

Week 2

 Day 3/March 20,2023

In the third day of my work immersion Monday March 20, 2023. Was that we placed a
sack on each side of the room of the CCJE department building to serve as a trashcan of
the athletes who will sleep in room of CCJE building for the upcoming University Meet,
and we print some document names for easy identification of files/forms and after that
we cut the printed document name to paste it into the forms where the document names
belong. In afternoon, we encoded test question book about criminology lessons.

 Day 4/March 21, 2023

In the fourth day of my work immersion Tuesday March 21, 2023. I continued to encode
what we started on the third day of our work immersion. Also that’s what we did in the
afternoon until we finished test question no.1
