I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson 80% of the students will be able to:
a. Define each kind of catalogue
b. Distinguished the kind of catalogue
c. Make their own author cards according to its type

II. SUBJECT MATTER


TOPIC: KINDS OF CARD CATALOGUE
REFERENCE: ENGLISH 7 (LEARNER’S MATERIAL) P. 172
MATERIALS: CARTOLINA, CARD CATALOGUE

III. PROCEDURES:
A. Preliminary activities:
1. Prayer
2. Checking of attendance
3. Classroom management
B. MOTIVATION
Group your students into 3 and give the puzzled card and let them solve the puzzle in 3
minutes and group who can solve the puzzle immediately will held as winner and
receive extra points.

C. PRESENTATION OF THE TOPIC

D. DISCUSSION
Explain to the class the kinds of catalog and show some example of each card.

IV. APPLICATION
Group the students into 3 and assign them each kind of catalogue and let them make their
own example of their assigned card then the leader will explain in front about their work.
V. GENERALIZATION
What is the importance of the card catalogue in our daily life?
