AGROBUILD Institute of Technology Inc. is a TESDA-

accredited assessment center established in 2022
specializing in offering assessment services for various
qualifications aligned with TESDA standards. Headed by
Engr. Lawrence Dean Garcia as the A.C. Manager and
Irene Flores as the Assistant A.C. Manager, the center is
committed to providing high-quality and efficient
assessment services to meet the needs of individuals,
employers, and industries.

assessments are conducted in a professional and objective
manner, adhering to TESDA's assessment guidelines and
standards. The center offers assessment services for a wide

LAWRENCE DEAN B. GARCIA

Lawrence is an Agricultural and Biosystems
Engineer who graduated from The University
of the Philippines in Los Baños, Laguna. He
previously worked in the Department of
Agriculture and is now the owner of an
engineering firm, pursuing his passion for
helping people find opportunities in
agriculture and construction.
Lawrence will function as AC Manager and as
Registrar for training.

IRENE "CHUM" FLORES

Chum is seasoned and well versed in TVET
Administration, curriculum development, as
well as her in-depth knowledge in Trainer's
Methodology, a competency assessor and
trainer in various qualifications and
engaged in an actual hotel industry
operations that promotes and establish
partnership and linkages with TVIs and
vise-versa. Chum will also function as
Assistant AC Manager in the
operation.
ACCOUNTING OFFICER / CASHIER /
TECHNICAL SUPPORT

MARILYN C. AND
Marilyn has been in the accounting world
for more than 3 decades. She takes care of
the accounting and finances of the
institution and will soon share her expertise
as trainer in bookkeeping.
Marilyn will head all the cashiering
requirements of the institution
PROCESSING OFFICER /
TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF

MARC F. GELACIO
A fresh passer of Trainers Methodology Level
I, Marc is ready to share his expertise in
Driving and other Construction Courses. He
studied Political Science at Arellano
University in Manila, and is now ready to
take another path in teaching TVET
Qualifications.
Marc is also in-charge in managing and
processing of registration and application
both for training and assessment.

VERNALIZA B. JULIAN
Verna's experience in Business
Management will take care of all the
logistical and ensure availability of
resource requirements of the institution
both for training and operation purposes.
Verna manages of all the submissions and
documentary requirements of the institution.
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING OFFICER /
CASHIER / ENCODER

LORILYN C. SALAMANCA

Lorilyn is an assistant accounting officer with

additional roles as a cashier and data
encoder. She is responsible for all
accounting-related tasks and document
processing, and efficiently completes
necessary errands. Additionally, Lorilyn
promptly attends to inquiries and ensures
accurate encoding of data.
ASSISTANT PROCESSING OFFICER /
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT STAFF

DONALD D. GALBREATH
Donald is a skilled IT professional with
experience working as a freelancer on
Upwork. As an assistant processing officer,
he is responsible for various computer-
related tasks such as data encoding/entry,
marketing, and Photoshop lay-outing. He is
also involved in managing the IT
infrastructure and providing technical and
administrative support.
UTILITY AND SECURITY OFFICER /
COMPANY DRIVER

JESMAR B. BALAJADIA

Jesmar is a Utility and Security Officer with

experience in ensuring safety and security of
the company premises. He is also skilled in
performing maintenance tasks and other
utility-related duties. As the company driver,
he ensures the safety of passengers and
timely transport to their destinations. Jesmar
is reliable and able to work well under
pressure to meet tight schedules.
