1) A preparation method of nanometer fibre film for meat, seafood and dairy products freshness

detection, wherein it comprises the following steps: adding one or more polymer material in the
solvent, and adding natural extract then fully stirring on the magnetic stirrer to obtain the shell
solution needed by coaxial electrostatic spinning; adding one or more natural dyes in the
solvent, and one or more water-soluble polymer material, then fully stirring on the magnetic
stirrer obtaining core solution needed by one or more coaxial electrostatic spinning; the
nanometre fibre film with core-shell structure is obtained by coaxial electrostatic spinning

2) The preparation method of nanometre fibre film for detecting freshness of fruit according to
claim 1, wherein the fibre diameter of the nanometre fibre film is 300-400nm and the thickness
thereof is 0.1-1000 microns.

3) The preparation method of the nanometre fibre film for detecting meat, seafood and dairy
products freshness according to claim 1, wherein the polymer material are polyvinyl aclohol,
gelatin; the solvent are distilled water, glycerol; the natural dyes are curcumin, betalains.

4) The preparation method of nanometre fibre film for meat, seafood and dairy products
freshness detection according to claim 1 or 3, wherein in the step, the high-voltage power
supply voltage of the electrostatic spinning is 10-20 kV, the distance between the injector and
the corresponding receiving device is 10-20 cm, the propulsion speed of the propulsion pump is
0.1mL/h to 0.6mL/h, at the same time, the environment temperature is 25 +/- 2 degrees
centigrade, the environment humidity is 18 % to 30 %

5) The preparation method of nanometre fibre film for detecting freshness of meat, seafood and
dairy products according to claim 1, wherein the light transmittance of the fibre film material after
ethanol soakage is more than 40 %.

6) The preparation method of nanometre fibre film for detecting freshness of meat, seafood and
dairy products according to claim 1, wherein the color response in the NH3 environmnet was
visible with 1-4 min.

7) An application of the nanometre fibre film according to any one of claims 5 to 6 in the meat,
seafood and dairy products freshness detection
