Terms and Conditions:

1. Travel processing will begin once we receive written confirmation of the booking.
2. The tour package is non-refundable, but re-bookable subject to availability.
3. A cancellation policy will be imposed upon confirmation of booking, and any
cancellation, postponement, revision, or amendment must be submitted to and officially
received by us; otherwise, total payments will be forfeited.
4. Failure to confirm before the stated option date will result in automatic cancellation of
the booking. We will not be responsible for bookings that are automatically canceled due to
the inability to confirm or pay before the option date.
5. Cancellations made after confirmation of booking will be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows and on-the-spot cancellations will be charged the full rate.
6. Once the tour has commenced, we will not refund or exchange any unused portion.
7. No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages
cannot be provided at the time of the tour due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural
calamities, strikes, or governmental regulations.
8. Our services will include only those indicated in the final itinerary, booking order, or
hotel voucher.
9. We will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or irregularity caused to the
guest's property arising from causes beyond our control.
10. Littering inside the vehicle and damaging any part of it are strictly prohibited. Guests
should be responsible for their actions and maintain order.
11. We reserve the right to cancel any appointed date or schedule due to unwanted
natural calamities, unexpected events that may hinder the trip, or governmental regulations.
12. Our services will cover transportation, hotel accommodation, and tours only. Personal
expenses such as souvenirs, food, and activities are not included.
13. The company has the right to demand the unsettled balance paid or take necessary
legal action.
14. Guests should understand and comply with our rules and regulations before making a
reservation.
15. Any disputes arising in connection with this contract will be settled in accordance with
the laws of the jurisdiction where the tour takes place.

Price/Financial Arrangements

I. Terms of Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm booking within 3 days after
the submission of the confirmation letter.

Final payment for tour packages will be due 15 days before the departure date.

II. Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total package price will be charged. No refund for
unutilized nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.

and officially received by us. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.
