CONCLUSION

• The information supplied above makes it clear that most research is focused on a small number of ideas, including the Spillover theory, the Conflict
theory, the Enrichment Facilitation theory, and the Border-Border theory, whereas the other theories stated above are rarely used in studies.
• The reason for this is because the first ideas were originally conceived within the context of various social sciences including sociology, psychology,
systems theory, etc., whereas the latter theories were originally conceived within the context of work-life balance. Additionally, in contrast to prior
decades, the focus of the current research has switched from the work's unpleasant and contradictory features to its beneficial and facilitative
characteristics.
• Other approaches, such as Human Capital theory, Social Identity theory, and Role theory, can be inferred from the literature in addition to the
theories mentioned above. These theories have not been covered previously because the research on them is largely sociological in nature and out of
date.
• Although the hypotheses covered in the study have been presented as mutually exclusive, there are really regions where these theories overlap,
making it challenging to distinguish between them. However, the paper has attempted to highlight the variations in conception and approach
amongst the theories.
