Dryland Circuit - 30 min leg burner 

 
Equipment needed: 
- Resistance bands 
- Yoga mat if you want/need it 
- Stopwatch 
 
Quad/glute activation work  
(place resistance band around both legs, just above the knees for all 
exercises) 
- 25 x clams 
- 25 x side leg raises (right) 
- 25 x side leg raises (left) 
- 25 x squats - med pace 
Repeat above set 3 times 
 
HIIT 
(high intensity interval training, no breaks between exercises) 
- 15 jump squats 
- :30 elbow plank 
- :30 mountain-climbers 
- 10 broad jumps 
- 15 yoga pushups  
- :45 banded squat hold 
- Take 10 sec HR, 1 minute rest 
Repeat above circuit 4 times
