Are wet set on the 15 min breakups for the workouts?

How much time do we want to spend on fundamentals

to what level do we want to break it down to?

How are we dividing the lanes up?

Introductions to the parents? I will be going to the entire rst weekend to introduce myself to the
families

2 turn 50s!!

my ideas for a 7 week program:

1 - fundamentals of swimming

- intensive kick workout

- sculling 4 ways

- breathing drills

- 10 breath 50s working down to 2-3 breaths by twos

- reviews turns

2 - freestyle

- build aerobic threshold

- active recovery

- possibility of 2 groups - one more distance oriented and one more sprint based??
