The Richardson Spouses' Club hosts the TSM Hiring Panel in order to determine which applicant to hire

to fill the opening Thrift Shop Manager position.

Currently there are 5 applicants with submitted applications.

All materials to include the application and rubric will be on hand during the hiring process.

2 days prior I would like to conduct a short rehearsal, this can be done via telephonic/duo

to review conduct of the hiring panel and areas to be covered. The day of the event we will rehearse
once more and I will schedule our candidate for 20 minute interviews. We will take candidates one after
the other and save the discussion until the end of the panel. Should you have questions before Monday
