WHAT IS VENUE
MANAGEMENT
Venue management includes activities or duties
related to the operations of buildings such as
performance theaters, concert halls, sports
arenas, conference centers and hotels.
A management professional is in charge of these
tasks, which include scheduling, booking, client
relations, financial management, marketing,
promotions, event coordination, administrative
work, venue security, maintenance services and
human resources.

Assigning duties
The venue director will assign duties to wrap up the event. That includes packing the
equipment and decoration
Collecting the inventory
Making sure the equipment used during the event are in the condition they were given to
the event manager and collecting them.
Conduct a survey
Conducting a post event survey helps to improve the services you provide your future
clients .
